Women's golf finishes the tournament with two silver medals
The women's golf team had another strong day at the Southwood Golf & Country Club, however it wasn't enough to overtake the lead from Quebec.

For the fourth and final round, it was Tiffany Kong (Vancouver) with the lowest score of the day (73), followed by Hannah Lee (Surrey) with 74, and Alisha Lau (Richmond) with 76.

After four days of competition, Alisha Lau earned a Silver medal, Hannah Lee a 5th place finish, and Tiffany Kong 8th place overall. As a team, the girls earned a Silver medal behind Quebec.

LAU, Alisha (Richmond)
On how she is feeling on both her individual and team results:
"I'm feeling good-- I'm a little disappointed in my performance today, but I grinded hard and left everything out there. It was definitely a struggle with feeling a bit sick. I'm also feeling super proud of my teammates and I-- we played our hearts out, and even though it wasn't the finish we were looking for, we rallied around each other and fought hard together."

On her favorite part of the overall Games so far:

"The overall highlights for me at the Games is just being a part of the team atmosphere here. It's going out and cheering for the other sports to the small things like fist bumping my teammates when I see them around the course because it's a rare opportunity to play as a team in junior golf."

Overall placings / 4th round results:
1st: Celeste Dao (QB): 69
2nd: Alisha Lau (Richmond): 76
3rd: Eleanor Szeryk (ON): 75
5th: Hannah Lee (Surrey): 74
8th: Tiffany Kong (Vancouver): 73

Overall team results:
1st: QB: -3
2nd: BC: +5
3rd: ON +8
