Team BC Tennis taking in the Games

A little light rain could not dampen the spirits of the tennis team today at morning practice. The team got to check out the venue and hit a few balls to test out the courts, which received a positive review.

There was tremendous excitement when their pins arrived and they could begin trading with their counter parts from the other provinces.

On the bus, the team were buzzing with anticipation in joining the other Team BC members for the Pep Rally.

A free and relaxing afternoon followed by the Opening Ceremony tonight finishes a great day for Team BC tennis. Tomorrow turns more serious as the first day of competition begins first thing in the morning at Timberlea.
