Team BC cyclists ride to top 10 results in mountain bike – cross-country races

Five of six Team BC athletes made top 10 finishes against stiff competition as cycling got underway with the mountain bike – cross-country races.

The athletes all battled hard in extreme heat on the Bison Butte Mountain Bike Course – with little shade along five laps.

The men were initially going to do six laps, but because of the heat, the course was shortened to five laps.
