Team BC Active Youth Project donates more than 250 lbs. of clothing to Sherbrooke community organization and Lac-Megantic relief efforts
With the goal of fostering social responsibility and leaving a meaningful legacy in the host community of the 2013 Canada Summer Games, Team BC, in partnership with apparel provider Team Sales, has donated more than 250lbs of clothing to La Source-Soleil, an organization providing housing as well as community resources to support homeless and at-risk youth between the ages of 18-30 in Sherbrooke, QC.

Team BC Recognizes Coaches
Team BC hosted a reception yesterday to thank all of the outstanding coaches who have dedicated their time to the Team BC program. The development of British Columbia's athletes relies on the commitement of coaches and staff alike. The 2013 Canada Summer Games have been a success for Team BC thus far with a total medal count of 27 as of August 8th.
