Six BC Games and Team BC alumni have been named to the Canadian Paralympic Team for the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games which take place March 7-16.

14 Team BC alumni were chosen as finalists with three taking home top honours at the annual Athlete of the Year Awards.

Among the sports on the Canada Games program, approximately 41% of Canada’s contingent competing at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi are Canada Games alumni.

Eight Team BC alumni who have competed at the Canada Games have been named to the Canadian Olympic Team for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
