Team BC's youngest member, Shallon Olsen (Surrey), 10, won her first ever Canada Games Gold medal Thursday on the final day of Artistic Gymnastics competition at the 2011 Canada Winter Games.  She was awarded the top prize for her compelling floor routine, and followed up with a Bronze on the beam.

Team BC skiers took two spots on the podiums in both the men's and the women's  Aerials competition Wednesday at the 2011 Canada Winter Games.

Sarah Beaudry of Prince George won the Gold medal in biathlon at the 2011 Canada Winter Games Tuesday, after fighting hard through blowing snow and gusting winds to capture the win in the 7.5 km Sprint Race.  It was her second medal of the Games.

Team BC added six medals to its total Sunday, along with several top finishes on the second day of competition at the Canada Winter Games.
