The afternoon individual events started with Alex Day taking on Harrison Scott of Alberta for gold. After two sets Alex came away witb the silver medal. In womens singles Alexis Prokopuik faced Erin Routliffe of Ontario and in a hard fought match also came away with silver. In individual doubles BC teams faced a rematch with the Ontario doubles. This.time the results were reversed with Stacey and Daniella taking a heartbreaking loss in three sets for the silver, while Felix and Patrick overcame Ontario also in three sets to give BC its only tennis gold. At the end of the tournament Team BC tennis were the proud holders of five medals from five events and were the only province on the podium in every event.
