Passion Sports chosen as Team BC’s official clothing supplier

Team BC is pleased to announce that Passion Sports has been chosen as the official clothing supplier for the 2019 Canada Winter Games in Red Deer, Alberta.

Passion Sports was born from an idea to inspire youth. College basketball teammates created the Passion Sports Brand and Basketball Academy with the mission to inspire young athletes and teach them the importance of hard work.  They found themselves purchasing large amounts of custom t-shirts and were frustrated with the service and pricing of local suppliers, so they ventured out on their own.

This Victoria based company was established in 2009 and is now a competitive supplier in the marketplace.  With roots tying back to both the BC Games and Team BC, Passion Sports is excited be part of team for 2019.

Quite a few of our staff members were involved with the BC Games and Team BC growing up (as both athletes and coaches) so it’s part of the DNA of our organization. We strongly believe that great looking teams perform better.  We also know that the apparel pieces that the Team BC members receive will be a keepsake of their amazing experiences in Red Deer.” said Greg Wallis, Director and CEO of Passion Sports. 

Passion Sports will also work with Team BC to develop a merchandise product line for fans to purchase.
